Approval Process

At Affinity, we work to make the approval process as easy as possible.  By completing the simple steps below, we can conclude the loan process in the least amount of time possible:

 
Step 1:   

Apply for your loan by filling out our complete online application or short form.   

Step 2:    One of our loan agents will contact you to find out more about you financial goals.  Together you can select a loan program that will best meet your needs.  At that time you can also sign your application and provide required financial statements to your agent.

Step 3: 

Your agent will provide you with an approval and order an appraisal of your home.

Step 4: 

You will then be scheduled for an appointment with a title company to sign your documents once the loan processing has been completed. 

Step 5: 

Congratulations, you have completed your loan!
